Options: Intel® Performance Libraries dialog box (VS 2008)

The following applies to Microsoft Visual Studio* 2008.

To access the Intel® Performance Libraries page, click Tools > Options, and select Intel® Performance Libraries.

Use the Intel® Performance Libraries page to specify standalone library versions to use with the Microsoft Visual C++* compiler.

Note

To enable and disable Intel® Performance Libraries in Microsoft Visual Studio* 2008, use the Select Build Components dialog box.

Target Platform: Select the target platform.

Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives: Select the desired library version from the drop-down box.

Intel® Threading Building Blocks: Select the desired library version from the drop-down box.

Intel® Math Kernel Library: Specify the desired library version from the drop-down box.

Reset All: Click this button to use the default libraries.

Optimization Notice

Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors. These optimizations include SSE2, SSE3, and SSSE3 instruction sets and other optimizations. Intel does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or effectiveness of any optimization on microprocessors not manufactured by Intel. Microprocessor-dependent optimizations in this product are intended for use with Intel microprocessors. Certain optimizations not specific to Intel microarchitecture are reserved for Intel microprocessors. Please refer to the applicable product User and Reference Guides for more information regarding the specific instruction sets covered by this notice.
