The following applies to Microsoft Visual Studio* 2012, 2010, and 2008.
To access the Performance Guide page to specify settings to use when running the Performance Guide, click Tools > Options > Intel Composer XE , and select Performance Guide.
On Run, when projects are out of date
Use the drop-down list to specify the Performance Guide to do one of the following:
Prompt to Build: Causes to display a prompt each time a project needs rebuilding.
Always Build: Causes the Performance Guide to build out-of-date projects without displaying a prompt.
Never Build: Instructs the Performance Guide to skip rebuilding out-of-date projects. No prompt will appear.
Skip the Introduction section: Select False, to start the Performance Guide at the Introduction. Select True to skip the Introduction, starting the Performance Guide at Setup.
