User and Reference Guide for the Intel® C++ Compiler 14.0

inline-max-total-size

Controls the size that an individual routine can grow through inlining.

Syntax

#pragma inline-max-total-size(N)

structured-block

Arguments

N

N may be any positive integer or unlimited, in which case there is no limit on the inlining of the routine.

Description

The inline-max-total-size pragma specifies that the indicated routine can grow to by size N before inlining is inhibited.

Typically the size that a routine can grow due to inlining is specified by a default value or by the [Q]inline-max-total-size compiler option.

This pragma allows a specific value N to be applied to a particular routine. N may be any positive integer or unlimited, in which case there is no limit on the inlining of the routine.
