Block Data Program Units Overview

A block data program unit provides initial values for nonpointer variables in named common blocks. For more information, see BLOCK DATA.

Examples

An example of a block data program unit follows:

  BLOCK DATA WORK
     COMMON /WRKCOM/ A, B, C (10,10)
