The following latest changes in this document were made:
Add the alltoall value for the option -pmi-connect <mode> in the Global Options topic for Scalable Process Management System (Hydra) Command.
Add the alltoall value for the environment variable I_MPI_HYDRA_PMI_CONNECT in the Environment Variables topic for Scalable Process Management System (Hydra) Command.
Add a environment variable I_MPI_GTOOL in the Environment Variables topic for Scalable Process Management System (Hydra) Command.
Add the following new options to the Global Options topic for Scalable Process Management System (Hydra) Command:
-gtool

Update the description of environment variable I_MPI_SHM_LMT in the Share Memory Control topic.
The -mt_mpi compiler command option is deprecated. Update the description of single/multi-threaded libraries. Multi-threaded library is used by default.
Note:
Use mpivars.{sh|csh}[debug|debug_mt] during runtime to load particular libmpi.so configuration.
